Here at Primrose Homeware we work with a wide variety of UK and EU design houses to bring you the best of European and UK furniture and homeware right to your doorstep.

We ship to all UK mainland addresses using our network of UK based logistics' companies and warehouses. We try to keep all UK mainland shipping free where possible. There are unfortunately a small number of exceptions where free UK mainland shipping is not provided this will be clearly explained on the relevant product page

 

Ordering Process

Once you have made your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your receipt and a notice that our team is now beginning the process of arranging your delivery. We will then update you shortly after with a delivery slot which we will then begin the dispatch process if agreed upon. If the delivery slot does not work for you simply email or call us and we will get that fixed for you asap. 

 

Delivery Times

The delivery time estimate that is displayed on each product page is a daily updated estimate that is sent to us from our suppliers/logistic companies - so while we cannot guarantee the exact day/hour the delivery estimates given are as accurate as can be. Again once you have made your order further updates will follow that will give you the exact delivery slot agreed upon. 

UK Mainland Addresses

Free shipping is available across the majority of our lines to any UK mainland address, for the small number of products that do not have free shipping 'all shipping information is explained clearly on the product pages where that applies'. 

 

UK Mainland Shipping Times

Shipping time to Mainland UK addresses varies quite dramatically depending on a number of variables such a product size and whether or not it requires a 2-man delivery. Typically all delivery times are shown clearly on each product page with an accurate estimated delivery window. Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by our support team with confirmations of you delivery times if they are suitable for you. 

  • Currently our average delivery time across the site is 3 days

*Note; the few specialist European "Made-To-Order" brands take slightly longer but have recently been returning to our usual 4-9 working day delivery range. Again this extended delivery window will be clearly communicated on the relevant product page. 

 

NI, Islands & Remote Scottish Postcodes

Owing to ongoing complications due to Brexit we have postponed shipping to NI & Remote Scottish Postcodes on some product lines. Typically the main reason we have postponed shipping is due to significant price hikes on logistics costs recently. We can however still deliver any order to any address but we would have to pass the delivery cost on to yourself in these instances. While rare we are set up to quickly arrange delivery of your order but we ask that you contact our support line (Mon-Sun 10am-4pm) or alternatively email "support@primrosehomeware.co.uk" to arrange a custom delivery order. 

 

EU Address Shipping Information

On some lines we are able to ship to EU addresses, this will be stated clearly on the product pages where this applies. For the vast majority of products at Primrose Homeware we unfortunately do not cater for EU addresses anymore, for which we sincerely apologise and hope to correct in the near future.
